The TPM & LTTA International Project Meeting organized within the scope of the EMPACT Project, which aims to strengthen inclusive approaches in education and improve teachers’ psychosocial skills, was successfully held in Cork on 27–28 April 2026.

Hosted by Cork Education and Training Board, the meeting brought together project partners to evaluate the progress achieved throughout the project and to plan future activities. During the two-day program, partners exchanged ideas on the development of project outputs while also strengthening international cooperation.

Within the framework of the LTTA (Learning, Teaching and Training Activities), practical training sessions were organized for teachers. In particular, activities focused on how the educational content developed on grief and loss could be implemented in classroom settings. Participants shared experiences and discussed empathy-based educational approaches in order to better address students’ psychosocial needs.

Throughout the program, project partners from different countries collaborated on the development and dissemination of educational materials by sharing examples of good practices. In addition, discussions were held on sustainability and dissemination strategies to ensure that the project outputs reach target groups more effectively.

This important gathering in Cork not only increased the international impact of the EMPACT Project but also further strengthened cooperation among partner institutions. The meeting is expected to make a significant contribution to expanding the reach of the innovative educational approaches developed within the project and to supporting teachers’ psychosocial competencies.
